Fixtures for substrates with cylindric shank in the categories Colt and Sphere.
Fixtures for substrates with hole in Spear and fixtures for substrates w/o hole in TongS.
Your products rotate on GBX and CP2 gearboxes continuously and forced because of an integrated rotation mechanism. This delivers the highest reliable rotation for the third axle. Gearboxes are available from very small and light up to very big and heavy products. GBX and CP2 are compatible with COLT plates, which means both can be stacked together on the same tower. Gearboxes do not need external kickers but a kicker rod where the handle of the gearbox can lean on.
The Sphere fixture system offers the best economy and the highest quality for all products, which are basically stressed at the tip, like drills, mills and punches. The sleeves on a Sphere fixture rotate on axles which are tilt towards the evaporators. With this the distribution of coating material between face and circumference becomes more equal. Sphere plates and can be filled with various sizes of sleeves, therefore the plates and sleeves have to berordered separately. The kicker system is integrated in the Sphere plate. Sphere fixtures do not need external kickers or kicker rods. However an adaptor is needed to fit the Sphere into your machine.
Colt Fixtures for rotating Substrates with cylindrical shank. A Colt group consists of a Colt plate and a number of Colt sleeves. The third rotation is initiated by kicker fingers from our accessory program. Colt plates and sleeve fit together in various combinations, therefore they are ordered individually. Once a Colt unit is filled it can be stacked on a planetary axle and with the spacer tubes the heicht for the next level is set.
Spear rods are made for smaller substrates which have a through going hole like indexable cutting inserts. The Spear rod is made of an axle with a gear mounted to the bottom end. Spear rods come in different length and diameter depending on the product to coat. On the axle the little parts are queued usually with spacers in between. The last sleeve is followed by a locking spring. Then the ready-made Spear rod is hung into a base plate. The rotation of the Spear rods is initiated by kicker fingers.
TongS Fixtures for Cutting inserts and small parts w/o hole. Tongs rods can hold little parts without a hole like cutting inserts. The products are clamped between four claw edges and will be coated nearly all around. The rods are avialable in three sizes but there is a variety of clips available wch can be combined with the rods. Therefore rods and clips are ordered separately. The filled TongS rods are mounted onto a base plate and the third axle rotation is initiated by kicker fingers.
Kicker Spring holders and corresponding springs for the third rotation axle of Colt, Spear and TongS. A spring is clipped into the holder an than approached from the side to the kicker rod. Tighten the fully capsuled M8 bolt and the spring holder is securely fixed. Select the spring holder acc. to the diameter of your kicker rod and the spring length in a way the spring can touch the gear nearly tangential.
Spacers for Colt plates, Spacers for inserts on Spear, Base Plates. Spacers to stack Colt plates on the planetary axle. Spacers to keep the distance of cutting inserts on the Spear rods. Base plates for Spear and Tongs rods.
