Spacer Tubes
Spacer tubes define the vertical distance especially in between Colt plates. There are in general two designs possible. The slim tubes fit quite close to the planetary axle. The small outer diameter leaves the most possible room for the substrates. One diameter will fit to one shape of the planetary axle but for all Colt plates. For certain plasma processes it is necessary that the spacer tube fill the entire space in betewwn the substrates. These tubes need to be made unique for each application and will not be found here.
Base Tower
Base Plate for SPEAR, TongS and other fixtures with two bearing ends. For all substrates on rods it is recommended to hold the rod at the lower as well as at the upper end in order to increase stability. This can be done with Base Plates. The Base Plate chould be selected fitting to the planet diameter and the planetary axle as well as to the gear diameter of the substrate rods.
