Heavy gearboxes are more solid and can carry larger loads.
Compared to the light gearboxes, a heavy one weighs approx. 100% more and is approx. 15mm higher.
The payload per position is up to 4kg. Heavy gearboxes are mostly intended for V20 planetary shafts.
They are available with or without a removable housing.
Heavy gears can also be operated with an upper counter bearing so that substrates can be stacked on rods up to a height of 1500mm.
