Multi-Hole Sleeves
These sleeves have holes for multiple substrates on a circle. The sleeves can be driven with kickers but the substrates will not rotate individually. Therefore these sleeves are preferably for tiny substrates and average requirements regarding the coating uniformity. Multi-hole sleeves may improve the capacity od the PVD furnace significantly.
