If you would like to use this website, we will need to occasionally collect, save and use the following personal data for usage, arrangement of content, ordering, delivery and rendering of services as well as payment processing (in particular preparing, concluding, transacting and reversing a purchase agreement) for our services: Last name, first name, title, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account information and password.

Your personal data that you provide to us, for example when ordering or by email (such as your name and contact data) will only be used for correspondence with you and will be and processed for the purpose for which you provided the data. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 p.1 lit. a and b GDPR. We will only provide your data to the shipping company responsible for the delivery, because this is necessary to deliver the items. For payments, we will provide your payment data to the financial institution responsible for payment. Apart from that, we will only collect, process or use your data such as for advertising purposes, as provided by the law, or in response to your express consent. If you provide your consent electronically in response to our Internet offer, we will provide the relevant notifications pursuant to the law and will record your consent in appropriate technical systems.

6. Length of archiving

Saving your e-mail address allows us to send you the newsletter.

You are free to cancel the newsletter at any time and can withdraw your consent to being e-mailed the newsletter. 9. Use of Google AdWords

We use the online advertising program Google AdWords and conversion tracking in the context of Google AdWords, which is an advertising service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (Google). The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an ad linked by Google. These cookies become invalid after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user uses certain pages on the website of the AdWords customer, our website in this case, and the cookie has not expired, Google and the AdWords customer will recognize that the user has clicked on the ad and was sent to this page. Each customer is given a different cookie; i.e., cookies cannot be tracked by the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained through the conversion cookie can be used for collecting statistics from AdWords customers. The number of users who have clicked on the ad is tracked and forwarded to a webpage with a conversion tracking tag. We do not collect or process any personal data through advertising. When this marketing tool is used, your browser is automatically linked directly to the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data that is collected by Google from using this tool. To the best of our information, it is our understanding that AdWords Conversion notifies Google that you have accessed the relevant part of our website or have clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with one of Google’s services, Google can associate the visit with your account. Even if you have not registered with Google or have not logged in, the service provider may become aware of your IP address and save it.
